The Dragonball Forum was a forum for anything related to the anime, manga, or movies for Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and Dragonball GT. When its mod, UltimaMage, vanished (some believe that he died), users began accidentally getting banned for no reason (because of the spam on several forums, and the hassle involved removing it and banning the spammers, innocent users may be caught in the crossfire), and having to go to the Complaints forum for a mod to lift the ban.
Most talks about the Dragonball Z movies were prohibited on the Movies Forum, with the mod adding in his guidelines "There are Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Dragonball Forums. Use them."
